Our gym has been continuously servicing residents for the past 14 years. We have the areas largest gym with 47,000 square feet that has separate workout spaces. We have 54 weekly group exercise, aqua, yoga, belly dance, Latin salsa, and schwinn cycle classes – all taught by certified instructors. Next to our 36’-52’ indoor lap pool we have a Jacuzzi and separate steam rooms for men and women. The locker rooms have dry saunas. There is also an indoor basketball court. We are continuously updating our facility to maintain a safe and well-maintained workout environment. We have recently redecorated with paint and flat screen TV’s.
 

We have certified personal trainers to help tailor your personal training plan.
 

Our Kidz corner offers childcare at an hourly rate.
 

We are centrally located in the Western Village Shopping Center on the west side of Broadway and North of Betteravia. Come by for a visit and let us show you around.
